I Count Beans can help you manage your business debtors. Ensuring you get paid on time has never been easier. We can set up automatic invoice reminder emails to be sent from XERO to customers to ensure you don’t get paid late.
We also partner with a great Collections Management firm called Optimum Recoveries. They have a 3-tiered approach to helping clients ensured that they get paid on time and in full. How we code receipts
Simply send a photo of your receipt (or email of your invoice) to our team. We then match and code that expense (from your bank feed) to Xero.

Create a Sales Invoice in Xero
I Count Beans can create and send your sales invoices directly to your customers. Everything is done online in the cloud and therefore, you don’t need to download any software. We can just log in online via the Xero.com website and then start invoicing your customers.
Physical Payments of Expenses
I Count Beans can manage physically paying your bills for you in xero. We use the planned date function in XERO for you to set the date you would like your bills paid on. Then we will log into XERO reviewing these dates and then post your bills online in your internet banking as a Third-Party Authority User. This access to your internet banking only allows us to post bills for payment but the ultimate approver is always the client.Banks that offer a great Third-Party Authority service that we use (but not limited to using) include the following:

I Count Beans will also review Fair Work Awards with you in working out the correct Fair work Award rates for your staff members.

Reconciling Bank Account in XERO
I Count Beans will reconcile your bank and credit card feeds in xero daily. Xero has a read only access to majority bank and credit card providers. Therefore, all your transactions from the prior day will automatically appear in xero during the morning and then our team will begin to reconcile both your outgoing and incoming transactions.
If we have any questions to ask you, we can simply leave a discussion comment on the transaction and then you can respond with what the transaction relates too. No more downloaded bank statements and manually reconciling. Xero has simplified the whole process and with our diligent team reconciling daily, you can have up to date accounts and real time information to make better management decisions.
